Trail Sports & PureXC – Classic Technique Intensive

Our one-day camps focus on an increased understanding and application of cross-country ski techniques in classic and/or skate skiing.Expect individualized ski technique feedback with video analysis in each ski session, with small group ratios. Classic day covers diagonal stride, kick double pole, double pole. Skate day covers one skate, two skate, offset skate.

 

Who Should Register

Adult cross-country skiers (age 30+) who want to develop their ski technique to the next level with specific attention to power position and power line.

 

Daily Schedule

  • 9am–10am: Introductions and ski technique prep session (day lodge)
  • 10am–12:00pm: Technique with video analysis and feedback (on snow)
  • 12am–1:30pm: Lunch with video analysis and feedback (day lodge); Bring your own lunch
  • 1:30pm–2pm: Ski technique prep session (day lodge)
  • 2pm–4pm: Technique with video feedback (on snow)
  • 4pm–4:30pm: Debrief (day lodge)
