New! Women’s Intro to Air
Learn fundamental progressions to get wheels off the ground in a comfortable and encouraging setting.
Mandatory Equipment:
- A mountain bike capable of trail and bike-skills park riding (i.e. dirt jumper is not appropriate)
- Knee pads
Recommended Equipment:
- Full-face helmet
- Elbow pads
- Bike gloves
Friday Afternoons (4pm-6pm) & Weekend Mornings (10am-12pm)

Women’s Learn to Mountain Bike | Beginner Course
New to single-track trails, learn the fundamentals of mountain biking and be introduced to riding the trails at the Canmore Nordic Centre.
1.5-hr morning lesson, 30-min break, 1.5-hr guided ride.
Weekend Mornings, 10am-1:30pm

Women’s Twice-a-Week Ride | Three-Week Fall Series
Get your riding in while the weather is good! For beginner-plus and intermediate riders looking to extend their bike season. Fitness and fun with instruction on the trail. The perfect segue to Trail Sports’ winter women’s ski programs.
Tuesday & Thursday Afternoons, 4pm-5:30pm
1.5 hours per session (9 hours total)
